FEDERAL UNIVERSITY LOKOJA (FUL) ANNOUNCES 2026/2027 POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

The Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for all prospective candidates.

According to the university, the Post-UTME screening portal will open on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, and all applicants are advised to follow the official guidelines to ensure a smooth registration process.

𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐀

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- FUL must be selected as first choice institution

- Minimum UTME score of 160

- Applicants must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2026

- Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have applied through JAMB

𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐂 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects

- Credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings

- English Language is compulsory for all courses

- Competitive courses such as Nursing, Law, Medical Laboratory Science, and Pharmaceutical Sciences require five credits in one sitting

𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄

Applicants are required to:

- Upload O’Level results on JAMB CAPS before screening

- Register on the FUL Post-UTME portal using JAMB registration number

- Generate a Remita payment of ₦2,000 screening fee

- Complete biodata, programme selection, and O’Level subject matching

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄

1. Only candidates who select FUL as first choice and complete screening will be considered for admission

2. Uploading of O’Level results must be done at a JAMB office or accredited CBT centre

3. Providing false information or forged documents will lead to automatic disqualification

4. The university also emphasized that meeting screening requirements does not guarantee admission, as final selection will follow additional admission guidelines.
